1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bobato" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and gaming platform operated at https://bobato.cam and all associated services, software, and mobile interfaces.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the company operating bobato under its international licensing framework.
• "You", "User", "Member", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the bobato platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration and KYC verification on bobato.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or deposit match bonuses credited to an Account by bobato that are subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager using bonus funds before those funds, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required of all Users prior to processing withdrawals.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the currency denomination used for all transactions on the bobato platform.
• "WIB" refers to Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the primary time zone used by bobato for transaction processing, support availability, and promotional scheduling.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account on bobato, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. You remain personally liable for all activity conducted through your Account.

bobato reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Users of material amendments via the email address on file. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the bobato platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age of 21 is strictly enforced. Any User found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register an Account.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by bobato or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of bobato or its group companies.
6. You must access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction. bobato expressly targets Indonesian residents and provides its services on that basis.

bobato reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such evidence within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration

To access the full range of bobato services, you must create a registered Account by completing the registration process on the Platform. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information so that it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password, or one-time authentication codes with any other person.
• Notify bobato support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorization.

bobato reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, particularly where we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, or that the applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering policy, all Users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal is processed. The following documents are required:

• A clear, legible photograph of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) — the Indonesian National Identity Card.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three months.
• A selfie photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face, taken on the day of submission.

bobato may, at its discretion, request additional documentation including proof of payment method ownership or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension and, after 30 days, Account closure with any remaining balance subject to review under our anti-money laundering procedures.

KYC verification is a one-time process and remains valid for the lifetime of your Account, provided your personal details do not change. You are obligated to notify bobato and re-verify should any KYC-relevant information change.

6. Deposits

bobato accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian residents: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri (bank transfers), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100.000.000 unless a higher limit has been specifically approved for your Account tier.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including transfers from family members or friends — are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your bobato Account Balance upon confirmation by our payment processing system. Bank transfer processing times depend on the banking institution and the time of transfer relative to WIB banking hours. E-wallet deposits are typically processed within minutes, 24 hours a day.
• bobato does not charge platform fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which bobato is not responsible.
• bobato reserves the right to reverse or void any deposit that it has reason to believe was made fraudulently, using stolen payment credentials, or in violation of these Terms.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your Account Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for fully verified Accounts, subject to the daily processing limits of the selected payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauth orized fund transfers.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification as described in Clause 5. Unverified Accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is complete.
• bobato targets a withdrawal processing time of under 24 hours for verified Accounts during WIB banking hours. Processing times may extend during Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
• bobato does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside bobato's control and are your responsibility.
• bobato reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending additional verification if our compliance systems flag the transaction as requiring review. You will be notified by email if your withdrawal is subject to a compliance hold.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only funds derived from bonus wagering that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

bobato offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Indonesian residents aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion will specify its own Wagering Requirement, validity period, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games or markets, and maximum bonus amount. These terms are legally binding and supersede any verbal or informal communication.
• bobato reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Users who have already opted into a promotion and satisfied its conditions will have their earned entitlements honored.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit from promotional funds, or systematically exploiting promotional structures — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.
• Where a User requests a withdrawal before satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement, bobato reserves the right to deduct the outstanding Wagering Requirement amount from the withdrawal or to void any remaining bonus balance.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts and have no cash value outside of the wagering conditions set out in the applicable promotion.

9. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the bobato platform, including football betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), bandar bola (local sportsbook markets), mix parlay (accumulator betting), and live casino games:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the bobato system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by a specific market's rules (e.g., Cash Out functionality where available).
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents a bet from being settled correctly, bobato reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account Balance.
• bobato publishes specific rules for each betting category and game type. These are available within each product section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between a general rule and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule prevails.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• bobato reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict betting markets, or apply individual account betting limits where it identifies unusual betting patterns that may indicate match-fixing, collusion, or arbitrage activity.
• For togel draws, results are determined by officially published draw outcomes from recognized source providers. bobato does not control draw outcomes and publishes results as soon as they are officially confirmed.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bobato platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening, operating, or using more than one Account, including through proxy registrations in another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other Users or the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the bobato platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be deducted from the Account Balance.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Users, platform insiders, or sports participants to manipulate the outcome of a bet.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bobato's customer support staff or other platform Users.
• Attempting to access or interfere with bobato's systems, servers, databases, or security infrastructure.

11. Responsible Gaming

bobato is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. All registered Users have access to the following tools directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net wagering activity.

bobato enforces a strict 21+ age policy. We use automated monitoring systems to identify patterns of behavior consistent with problem gambling, and our responsible gaming team may proactively contact Users whose patterns suggest they may benefit from support resources.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the bobato platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphical assets, software, written content, odds data, game interfaces, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of bobato or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the bobato platform or its content without the express prior written consent of bobato. Unauthorized use of any bobato intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or criminal liability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bobato, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

bobato's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that User's Account at the time the claim arose.

bobato does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information it contains.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy

bobato collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

bobato implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary to deliver our services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or where required by law.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bobato reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered Users by email to the address on file and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or formatting updates) may be made without individual notification.

Your continued use of the bobato platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bobato holds its international operating license. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute with bobato through direct negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation may be referred to a mutually agreed third-party mediator prior to litigation.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from any competent court to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
